This fully remote internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR management. Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Intern, you will:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Support the onboarding process by managing documentation and assisting with employee integration.
- Contribute to research on HR best practices, recruitment trends, and talent acquisition strategies to help shape the company’s HR initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement efforts and collaborate with internal teams and external partners on HR projects.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have strong research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Have excellent collaboration skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
- Can commit to working 20 hours per week during the internship.
