As an HR Partner – Recruitment & Onboarding Intern, you will work alongside senior HR professionals and play an integral role in supporting our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, directly contributing to our company's growth.

Responsibilities

As an HR Partner Intern, you will:

  • Assist in sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Post job openings across relevant platforms, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules with senior HR team members.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment documents and assisting with orientation.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for organizational growth.
  • Help engage with potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated interest in HR functions, particularly in recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in their approach.
